Hello, the item is a brand new, unused product as shown. It has been tested and works without any issues. However, the extension pole is missing. Because of this, it cannot be extended and must be used at its standard length. Additionally, the vacuum bag cannot be attached to the unit, so dust is expelled directly from the back. It will need to be used either with a suitable adapter or in an environment where dust output is not a concern. Thank you.
